Under limited supervision, this role coordinates and performs a variety of administrative and operational support duties for medical education. This includes directing calls and routine inquiries, processing correspondence, forms, reports, budgets, and bookkeeping. The position involves processing forms and information, performing data entry, and maintaining established spreadsheets, as well as establishing and maintaining files and records. The administrative assistant will prepare, edit, and proofread documents to ensure accuracy. The ideal candidate is a self-motivated individual capable of processing information efficiently with great attention to detail. They must exhibit the highest levels of professionalism and problem-solving abilities for routine to complex inquiries or problems, and be expected to follow and ensure compliance with institutional policies.
