Position Description The Administrative Associate works under the day-to-day direction of A::B’s Operations Manager and Principals, supporting a wide range of administrative, operational, and office management functions that keep the firm running smoothly. With capacity and interest, this position can also work on Agnew::Beck projects. This is a full-time position (35–40 hours/week) with a pay range of $26–$32/hour, depending on experience. Our office hours are 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, with some flexibility available upon approval. The role is based primarily in the Anchorage office, with hybrid work options coordinated to ensure adequate in-office coverage. Occasional schedule conflicts with meetings may arise, but employees are not expected to adjust availability outside normal working hours.

Requirements

  • 1-5 years of experience in Business Administration, Human Resources or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Experience supporting multiple functional areas (e.g., Human resources, administrative operations, legal/contracts)
  • Strong computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • High comfort level learning new software programs
  • Demonstrated ability to manage sensitive and confidential information with discretion
  • Experience with document management, contract tracking, and compliance-related processes
  • Strong written communication and ability to draft professional correspondence or documentation
