Purple Sales Solutions is seeking an experienced Accounting & Bookkeeping Specialist with strong knowledge of Canadian Accounting practices and proficiency in QuickBooks Online Accounting & Payroll. This role is crucial for developing Purple Sales' internal operations, policies, and procedures. The position involves managing daily accounting records, generating financial reports (monthly P&L, annual balance sheets, ad hoc reports), handling accounts payable and receivable, managing payroll and contractor invoices, and assisting with tax document submissions (T4, T4A, T2, GST/HST, ROE, T2200). Additionally, the role will oversee administrative sales activities, including client invoicing, vendor payments, CRM updates, proposal finalization, and identifying/applying for grants.
