Provides leadership, coordination, and administrative support in the ongoing development, implementation, and administration of all phases of the Early Childhood Administrative and Service collection. This role involves developing and enhancing systems related to Head Start, Birth-to-Three, Baby Group, and Nursing mom’s data tracking, as well as administrative systems. The position also includes training and orienting front desk staff, coordinating professional development trainings, managing supply orders, processing invoices, and ensuring data accuracy and compliance with federal, tribal, and program regulations. The role requires maintaining confidentiality, managing records, assisting families with enrollment, and providing general office management and staff supervision.
