Requirements

  • A high school diploma or general education degree (GED); or
  • One (1) to three (3) months of related experience and/or training in administrative support, customer service, logistics, or operations; or
  • An equivalent combination of education and experience that demonstrates your capability to support an operational organization.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle dealer inquiries via phone and email effectively.
  • Basic analytical and troubleshooting skills (experience with shipping/logistics, billing resolution, or OWS systems is a plus).

Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly and professionally to dealer inquiries and concerns received via email and phone.
  • Investigate and resolve billing issues, collaborating with other Ford activities and entities to ensure accuracy.
  • Interface with freight carriers regarding the status of domestic and international shipments; create and distribute missing shipment reports to service centers.
  • Create Return Merchandise Authorizations (RMAs) for dealers, process core waivers for emerging market dealers, and resolve OWS (Online Warranty System) errors.
  • Work closely with ESG management, Information Systems, and other Ford entities on operational issues and new initiatives.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to streamline workflows and improve operational processes.
