Requirements

• Graduation from a four-year college or university, or any equivalent combination of experience and training.
• Meet the PA residency requirement.
• Ability to perform essential job functions.
• Pass a background investigation.
• Conditional offer of employment will require a medical examination and a drug screening.
• Position falls under the provisions of the Child Protective Services Law.
• Conditional offer of employment will require submission and approval of satisfactory criminal history reports including, but not limited to, PA State Police clearance, PA Child Abuse history clearance, and FBI Fingerprint clearance.

Responsibilities

• Provide confidential secretarial help to the CYS Administrator
• Answer, screen, and route calls in a clear and helpful manner
• Maintain personnel files and update spreadsheets for clearances and agency equipment
• Arrange travel plans and track related details
• Operate fax machines, copiers, scanners, printers, and telephones
• Research information and analyze data as needed
