The position involves generating reports, managing multiple projects, and preparing/monitoring invoices and expense reports. It may also assist with budget compilation and development. The receptionist screens and directs incoming phone calls and inquiries, provides information and interpretation of department procedures, and utilizes Cost Point to process requisitions. Responsibilities include ordering office supplies, managing the visitor badge process, resolving administrative problems, and maintaining electronic and hard copy filing systems. The role relies on instructions and pre-established guidelines, working under immediate supervision and typically reporting to a supervisor or manager. Other duties as assigned.
