About The Position

Represents organizational unit on administrative matters. Recommends, interprets, and/or implements company and internal administrative policies and procedures. Performs as a generalist a combination of administrative tasks in such functional areas as finance, human resources, purchasing, research and development. May prepare budgeting, project scheduling, and statistical reports as required. Good communication skills and critical-thinking skills. Should have the ability to multi-task.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree and 3 years of relevant exempt experience; Master’s Degree and 1 years of relevant professional experience
  • NNS Apprentice School graduate
  • Navy Nuclear Power School (NNPS) graduate
  • Associate's Degree or other formal 2 year program and 2 years of relevant exempt experience or 4 years of relevant non-exempt experience
  • Military Paygrade E-5 or above military experience
  • High School/GED and 4 years combined of Manufacturing, Shipbuilding, Trades, Military experience or other relevant exempt experience
  • High School/GED and 8 years combined of Manufacturing, Shipbuilding, Trades, Military experience or other relevant non-exempt experience
  • Good communication skills
  • Critical-thinking skills
  • Ability to multi-task

  • Facility and Capacity planner/building site owner.
  • Work with Facilities Proper to sucessfully transition departments in and out of building sites.
  • Serve as primary contact and POC for addressing all facility issues and concerns.
  • Partner with the Safety/Security/Parking Solutions/Facilities teams to address site concerns and/or cascade important information on their behalf.
  • Plan/manage equipment moves in and out of buildings.
  • Set up video teleconferencing meetings for engineering departments.
