Requirements

  • Background/Education in Human Resources
  • Experience in Admin/HR Support roles
  • Highly developed customer service orientation
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Attention to detail combined with proactive attitude, very good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent teamwork and able to anticipate needs and respond accordingly
  • University degree or college diploma in HR is required
  • Tech-savvy, very comfortable in using Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Forms), Teams, etc
  • Previous experience in administration or HR support roles
  • Highly developed customer service orientation, caring attitude

  • Attention to detail combined with proactive attitude, very good communication, and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support executing activities and build an effective relationships with those you support
  • Perform duties as needed related to budget, expenses and purchasing processes
  • Help coordinate for culture building and engagement initiatives for the site
  • Manage archiving and filing in line with statutory requirements and company policy
  • Complete and update reports and maintain systems and data
  • Undertake additional projects and tasks as requested
  • Coordinate all logistics for travel, events, meetings, training, etc. where required
  • Provide administrative support of visits to the plant
  • Provide administrative support to the plant management and core employees
  • Facilitate communication and feedback channel of the plant, managing plant’s Communication boards, TVs, etc
  • Creating all the communication materials, including monthly newsletter, announcements, and informative postings
  • Implementing and assisting on employee engagement and recognition programs, organizing team-building activities and social events and all the employee celebrations at the plant for different shifts (including night and weekend)
  • Responsible for office supplies – stationary, coffee, etc and keeping office in order
  • Coordinate all logistics for events, meetings, training, etc. where required, food arrangements
  • Assisting the HR lead on various projects
