About The Position

The Administrative Support role provides essential administrative and operational support to the site and functional teams. This position is responsible for organizing and maintaining company documents and records, performing data entry activities, coordinating office administrative tasks, and ensuring information is accurately managed and readily accessible. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Minimum 1–3 years of administrative support, office administration, records management, or data entry experience.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Strong problem-solving and customer service skills.
  • Ability to sit and work at a computer for extended periods.
  • Ability to occasionally lift and move office materials up to 25 pounds.
  • Ability to perform filing and document retrieval activities.
  • Must meet export control compliance requirements. To meet export control compliance requirements, a “U.S. Person ” as defined by 22. C.F.R. §120.15 is required. “U.S. Person” includes U.S. Citizen, lawful permanent resident, asylee, or refugee.

Nice To Haves

  • Associate degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
  • Experience working in a manufacturing, aerospace, or regulated environment is preferred.
  • Experience using document management systems and electronic filing systems preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Organize, maintain, and archive physical and electronic documents, ensuring records are accurate, complete, and easily retrievable.
  • Perform high-volume data entry with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Create, update, and maintain spreadsheets, databases, reports, and tracking logs.
  • Support document control activities, including filing, scanning, indexing, and record retention.
  • Coordinate office administrative functions, including supply management, mail distribution, and meeting logistics.
  • Maintain confidentiality of company information and sensitive records.
  • Respond to internal requests for documents, records, and administrative support.
  • Support special assignments as directed.
  • Identify opportunities to improve administrative processes and document management practices.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and quality standards.
