Working with HR to support faculty in routing SHRA personnel processing functions which include actions through RASR to CASBO for processing by entering and submitting RASR information for HR. Serve as the APS Parking Coordinator and serve as the Access Request Coordinator. Maintain APS information for the Tar Heel Mission Ready database. Maintain APS listservs. Support office workflow. Update APS phone directory. Logistical support for APS events: colloquium series with invited speakers, faculty events and department research talks/event. Work closely with external speakers/faculty to ensure that their travel and campus agenda is accurate. Assisting with booking catering, performing room setups and breakdowns, etc. Coordinate with APS communications personnel to update the APS website with event information and assist with communications materials, as needed. Manage the purchase of all major department equipment and supplies for the office. Support APS Business Manager as directed when needed or as other duties might be assigned. Assist with other administrative/office support duties as assigned.
