About The Position

The Administrative Support Associate is primarily responsible for the Orthodontic Graduate clinic by scheduling, updating appointments, creating files for new patients and receiving payments. This position is the first point of contact for clients and patients either by phone or in person. The position will also provide back-up support to the financial-/patient coordinator as needed.

Requirements

  • Experience in an administrative support role
  • Customer service skills
  • Ability to manage scheduling and patient records
  • Proficiency in handling payments
  • Good communication skills (phone and in-person)

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in a dental or orthodontic clinic setting
  • Familiarity with financial/patient coordination tasks
