About The Position

The Office Support Administrator provides administrative and operational support across multiple departments. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, proactive, and comfortable handling a variety of office tasks in a fast-paced environment. This position is designed to build the knowledge and skills necessary to support key business operations and develop into additional responsibilities within the company.

Requirements

  • 1+ year of administrative assistant, office support, or clerical experience preferred
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced business environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)
  • General computer and data entry skills

Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to internal departments and team members
  • Assist with daily office operations, documentation, and data entry

  • Receive training, mentoring, and guidance from senior staff
  • Help maintain efficient office workflows and processes
  • Perform general administrative duties and special projects as assigned
