About The Position
Responsible for providing basic administrative support to assigned department and carrying out various administrative responsibilities based on departmental needs. This role will work as a Spanish interpreter for the judges.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or G.E.D
- Two years of related experience.
- Typing speed of at least 40 words per minute.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Valid Class C Texas driver's license.
- Proficiency in speaking Spanish
Responsibilities
- Provide administrative and business support as well as data entry.
- Respond to inquiries from citizens and City personnel via phone, email, or in person, and direct them to appropriate personnel.
- Prepare and maintain office records, reports, and correspondence.
- Collect and organize data for projects.
- Record, transcribe, and distribute various documentation.
