We are looking for an experienced, positive, and motivated Customer Support Administrator to join our team in Butler, WI. As our First Point of Contact (FPOC), you will play a critical role in bridging the gap between our customers, sales professionals, and internal operations.

Requirements

  • Proven background in customer service or front-office administration.
  • An enthusiastic "can-do" attitude that reflects our company values.
  • Comfort working within multiple software systems for data entry and report generation.
  • A sharp eye for accuracy, especially when handling sample requests and telephone inquiries.

Responsibilities

  • Greet and check in visitors, notify internal hosts, and manage the front lobby atmosphere with professionalism.
  • Manage our telephone switchboard, routing calls efficiently to ensure customers and partners reach the right expert every time.
  • Partner closely with Sales, Operations, and Office teams to ensure orders are processed accurately and customer inquiries are resolved.
  • Generate miscellaneous reports and support the team with special projects as needed to keep our workflows optimized.
