About The Position

This role involves greeting guests, managing phone calls and mail, performing clerical tasks, and providing customer support. The individual will communicate with customers via email and phone, respond to inquiries professionally, and resolve issues to exceed expectations. A key responsibility includes accurately entering customer orders using E1, identifying and correcting errors, and ensuring orders are double-checked before production. The role also requires communicating customer issues to department managers and collaborating with CSRs to support daily customer service duties.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in data entry.
  • Experience with filing, copying, and maintaining supplies.
  • Ability to communicate with customers via email and phone.

  • Experience with E1 for order entry.

Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome guests upon arrival.
  • Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.
  • Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail, packages, and deliveries.
  • Perform clerical tasks such as data entry, filing, copying, and maintaining reception area supplies.
  • Communicate with customers via email and phone.
  • Respond to customer inquiries in a fast and professional manner.
  • Listen patiently to customer inquiries and resolve them to meet and exceed expectations.
  • Enter customer orders in an expedited manner utilizing E1.
  • Identify errors in orders and make necessary corrections.
  • Double-check orders to ensure mistakes are corrected before scheduling to the production floor.
  • Communicate customer issues to department managers and seek resolutions.
  • Work with CSRs daily to support customers and assist with day-to-day CSR duties.
