About The Position

Greet and welcome guests as they arrive at the office. This role involves answering, screening, and forwarding incoming phone calls, as well as receiving, sorting, and distributing daily mail, packages, and deliveries. The position also includes performing clerical tasks such as data entry, filing, copying, and maintaining reception area supplies. Additionally, the Receptionist/CSR Support will communicate with customers via email and phone, respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally, and patiently listen to resolve issues to meet and exceed expectations. A key responsibility is entering customer orders in an expedited manner utilizing E1, identifying errors, and making necessary corrections. This includes double-checking orders to ensure mistakes are corrected before scheduling to the production floor. The role also requires communicating any issues with customers to department Managers and seeking resolutions that create long-lasting economic value for both the customer and Cardinal CT. Collaboration with CSRs daily to support customers with day-to-day CSR duties is also expected.

  • Enter customer’s orders in an expedited manner utilizing E1.
