About The Position

The Administrative RBT will assist the Clinical Manager (CM) with daily site operations. The ABT will be responsible for a variety of tasks, some of which include opening/closing, scheduling, new hire onboarding, Behavior Technician (BT) services, and other related tasks. Work closely with CM to coordinate scheduling needs. Open/close the location based on business needs and hours of operation. Monitor cancellations and ensure adherence with all cancellation policies and procedures. Support patients and families during on-site visits/services. Provide Behavior Technician (BT) services in the home, school, clinic and/or community settings, as agreed upon and as determined, by Regional Director and Clinical Manager. Maintain patient files and ensure compliance with all required regulations and company procedures. Consistently implement treatment plans (under BCBAs direction) and prepare program materials; treatment protocols that include a wide variety of domains such as toilet training, communication, social, and adaptive living skills. Collect and maintain accurate data and clinical notes utilizing data collection software. Participate in on-going training, evaluations, and meetings, as required. Assist with parent training and clinical assessments, as needed. Perform other related duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • At least two (2) years of prior experience in an administrative capacity.
  • At least 6 months to one (1) year of prior experience working with children (or similar related job experience).
  • Availability to work at least part-time hours weekly.
  • Flexibility regarding schedule changes required, to accommodate patient and staffing needs.
