Requirements

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED); One to three years of office experience
  • Entry level accounting.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Requires strong organizational skills, continual attention to detail in composing, typing, and proofing material as well as the ability to prioritize and complete multiple projects in a timely manner.
  • Must have high level of interpersonal skills to handle sensitive confidential situations.
  • Requires advanced skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
  • Good punctuation, spelling, grammar, and math skills are critical.
  • Must maintain highly confidential and sensitive information.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality of corporate financial data is essential.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Must have the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

  • Reception front desk multi - phone operation
  • May perform clerical functions which include filing, copying, binding reports, typing, etc.
  • Perform general accounting admin assistance fir accounts payable and drop ships filing, cataloguing, recording, and checking documentation, invoices, correspondence, etc.
  • operating related business machines-phones, copier, facsimile, printer, computer, etc.
  • Will use Microsoft Office Suite applications to perform various tasks.
  • Provide mail service for assigned location. Includes sorting, weighing, posting outgoing mail/packages; distributing inter office/ project mail, etc.
  • Order and receive packages, office supply deliveries, etc. as required.
  • Store/ coordinate storage of such items.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
