Adjunct Instructors - American Politics
About The Position
St. Norbert College is accepting applications on a continuing basis for instructors qualified to teach U.S. Politics & Government. This pool will be utilized on an as-needed basis, and applications will remain active for up to two years. Requirements
- At least a MA degree in Political Science.
- At least five years of professional experience in the field.
- Demonstrated currency in the field at the time of appointment (work experience, publications, licensure, presentations, or equivalent within the last five years).
- Ability to embrace the college's mission and commitment to building a vibrant, diverse, and spiritually engaged community.
Nice To Haves
- PhD in Political Science is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Teach U.S. Politics & Government courses, including American Politics Transformed (POLI 131).
- Fill last-minute voids in teaching schedules as needed.
- Communicate teaching needs and interests during interviews.
- Contribute to an educational environment that fosters intellectual, spiritual, and personal development.
