The Adjunct Instructor will be responsible for developing and delivering course content in their academic unit, teaching coursework in various specialties, and participating in departmental and divisional recruitment and retention efforts. This role also involves committee assignments, sponsoring student activities, and active participation in University life. A key aspect of this position is supporting the institution's Christian mission, which includes attending chapel services, meetings, commencement programs, and Faculty Forum meetings. The instructor will also assist in developing syllabi and supporting students by monitoring their progress and making referrals to academic and personal support services.
