About The Position

The University of Pittsburgh School of Law invites applications for an adjunct faculty position to co-teach Foresight/Hindsight/Oversight: The Role of Directors in Corporate Law (seminar) for the Fall 2026 semester. This seminar utilizes lectures and team-based simulation modules to examine the law of corporate directors. Students will work on case studies that span the life of a company, from its inception all the way to its potential sale. Over the course of that time, students will grapple with a myriad of practical legal issues that face corporate directors, including control, fiduciary duties, financial valuation, and governance.

Requirements

  • Juris Doctor degree
  • 5 years of practical experience in corporate law practice
