About The Position

The Graduate School of Professional Psychology (GSPP) at the University of Denver (DU) is seeking adjunct faculty instructors to teach courses within the Master of Arts in Sport Coaching (MASC) program and related graduate certificates for the 2026-2027 academic year. This posting is for multiple openings. The MASC program, founded in 2015, was the first fully online degree offered by GSPP. GSPP also offers fully online graduate certificates in sport, strength and conditioning, and fitness coaching. Requirements

  • Doctoral or master’s degree in Kinesiology, Sport Coaching, Psychology, Sociology or related field.
  • Demonstrated current and relevant expertise.

  • Teaching experience at the postsecondary level.

Responsibilities

  • Complete DU-wide online training.
  • Plan and teach courses, which may be online using Zoom or on-campus.
  • Be available to meet with students online or in-person.
  • Respond to student questions.
  • Assign and grade papers and exams as appropriate.
  • Adhere to all relevant DU policies and procedures.
