About The Position

The AACSB-accredited Rohrer College of Business (RCB) is seeking Adjunct Professors of Management to teach undergraduate and graduate courses in International Business, Organizational Behavior, and Strategic Management. The college is experiencing significant programmatic and enrollment growth, serving approximately 2,400 undergraduate and 145 master's level students.

Requirements

• Master's degree in business or related areas.
• At least five years of recent and relevant professional experience.
• Application must include a cover letter, curriculum vitae, graduate transcripts, and names and contact information of three references.

Nice To Haves

• Teaching experience is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Teach undergraduate and graduate courses in International Business, Organizational Behavior, and Strategic Management.
• Be available to teach in the day and/or evening.

Benefits

• Minimum of $2,225 per credit (after 9/1/2026) for all courses taught.
• Maximum teaching load of 8 credits per semester and 12 credits in an academic year.
