About The Position
The College of Nursing and Health Professions (CONHP) at Valparaiso University invites applications for an Adjunct Assistant Professor of Psychiatric Nursing. This is a semester by semester appointment teaching one to two courses per semester. This position is an adjunct appointment, beginning August 2026. The responsibilities of this position including teaching undergraduate courses in the BSN program. The successful candidate will hold an earned masters degree in nursing.
Requirements
- Master's Degree in Nursing
- 2-3 years teaching experience
- In-classroom teaching
- Earned master's or doctoral degree in nursing
Responsibilities
- Teaching undergraduate courses in the BSN program
- Teaching an undergraduate psychiatric nursing course in the BSN program
