About The Position
Restores, maintains and enhances the recovery of clients seeking help for addiction and/or addiction related impacts by implementing various modalities of addiction recovery programs. Preference for this position will be given to HSAS members in accordance with the terms and conditions of the SAHO/HSAS Collective Agreement. Requirements
- Chemical Dependency diploma
- Valid Class 5 driver's license
- Organizational skills
- Interpersonal skills
- Ability to adapt to changing conditions
- Knowledge in Motivational Assessment Process
- Knowledge in applicable policies, procedures and standards
- Ability to prioritize
- Knowledge in Developmental Model of Recovery
- Knowledge in addictions specific twelve core functions
