About The Position

As a member of the interdisciplinary team, and under the general direction of the Manager of Addiction Services, the incumbent is responsible for the day-to-day client service delivery (development, implementation, delivery, and assists with evaluation) of Addiction Services. Performs clinical case management; community education and community development.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Chemical Dependency
• Valid Class 5 driver's license
• Bachelor Degree acceptable to the employer
• Advanced - Organizational skills
• Advanced - Communication skills
• Advanced - Assessment skills
• Basic - Problem solving skills
• Knowledge in addictions screening, assessment tools and procedures
• Knowledge in substance abuse and addictions, including cause and effect
• Upload all relevant documents (ex: certificates, diplomas, proof of enrollment, licenses and/or memberships) relating to the qualifications of the position
• Bring a valid Criminal Record Check (CRC) to the interview; it must be dated within six (6) months and include a vulnerable sector search
