Requirements
- Chemical Dependency diploma
- Ability to work as a member of a multi-disciplinary team
- Upload all relevant documents (ex: certificates, diplomas, proof of enrollment, licenses and/or memberships) relating to the qualifications of the position.
- Bring a valid Criminal Record Check (CRC) to the interview; it must be dated within six (6) months and include a vulnerable sector search.

Responsibilities
- Provide recovery services to persons affected by substance abuse and family members.
- Conduct screening and on-going assessment activities.
- Provide individual and group counseling.
- Perform case and file management.
- Involve community resources.
- Work within a team environment.
