About The Position

Recovery Works NW is a family-owned community organization dedicated to addressing the substance use and mental health epidemic through innovative, judgement-free, and compassionate solutions. We utilize an interdisciplinary approach, building strong therapeutic alliances with patients, incorporating lived-experience perspectives, and collaborating with community partners. This is an in-person position at our Newberg Office, featuring an expansive Sublocade Program alongside other forms of MAT. The role includes support from front/back office staff, dedicated Medical Assistants, Recovery Peers, and a full Behavioral Health Department. Patients will have internal access to our full continuum of care, including referrals to our detox clinic. We foster a positive and collaborative work environment with an emphasis on individualized patient care and harm-reduction strategies.

Requirements

• Addiction Medicine/MAT experience (required)
• Prescribing buprenorphine: 1 year (Required)
• Active state license with prescriptive privileges (required)
• Position is contingent on passing an OHA Background check and successful completion of a urine analysis (UA) after accepting job offer.

Nice To Haves

• Sublocade injection: 1 year (Preferred)

Responsibilities

• Provide medical services for patients with substance use and mental health-related distress.
• Administer Sublocade injections and other forms of MAT.
• Engage in individualized patient care with an emphasis on harm reduction.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including front/back office staff, Medical Assistants, Recovery Peers, and the Behavioral Health Department.
