The Program is an OASAS part 820 residential stabilization and rehabilitation program. Consumers receive substance use treatment in accordance with 820 residential services. This includes services from LPN's, counselors, psychiatrists and medical doctors. The program is designed as a holistic and highly individualized model of treatment and focuses on client-centered and trauma-informed approaches to helping people with substance use and co-occurring mental health disorders. Under the direction of the Program Director and Clinical Supervisor, the primary counselor will work with the clinical team, including nursing and counseling, to coordinate care for the OASAS-licensed 820 Residential Services Program. The counselor will provide regular case management services, conduct individual and group sessions, conduct intakes and manage an individual caseload of 5-7 clients. This is a full-time position and comes with an annual salary and benefits.
