About The Position
ADC Attendants are the face of Goodwill at donation trailer sites, assisting donors and acknowledging their support. They unload donations from donor vehicles, offer or issue receipts to donors, sort and store donations in the trailer, and maintain the cleanliness, order, and security of the trailer area. The work takes place outdoors in extreme conditions, though most trailers have some form of heating or cooling, such as fans. Trailer hours vary by location; trailers are open Monday through Sunday. The listed pay is $15.
Requirements
- Ability to lift incoming donations up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to perform physical activities such as prolonged standing, recurring bending, crouching, reaching, or stooping.
- Frequent lifting of moderately heavy items up to 35 pounds; occasional lifting up to 50 pounds.
- For certain positions, frequent climbing of stairs, ladders, or step stools may be required.
Nice To Haves
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous customer service experience preferred.
