About The Position

Hema-Tec is seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to provide acute dialysis care at partner hospitals. The role delivers life-sustaining dialysis treatments and focuses on patient comfort and safety. The nurse independently manages a caseload, applies critical thinking to troubleshoot equipment and address complex clinical situations, and communicates professionally with patients, families, and hospital staff. The position is based at Ascension St. Elizabeth in Appleton and reports to the Team Supervisor.

This is a full-time, four-day-per-week schedule, with every other Saturday included as one of the scheduled days. The day shift starts between 7 and 8 a.m., and end times vary with the daily patient census. Nurses participate in a shared on-call rotation. The listed pay range is $43.00–$52.00 per hour, depending on experience.

Requirements

• Active, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in Wisconsin.
• At least one year of RN experience.
• Current BLS/CPR certification.
• Self-starter with excellent time-management skills and the ability to work independently.

Nice To Haves

• At least six months of nephrology experience is preferred.

Responsibilities
