Acute Dialysis Registered Nurse (RN) - Full time
About The Position
Hema-Tec is seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to provide acute dialysis care at partner hospitals. The RN delivers life-sustaining dialysis treatments, manages a patient caseload independently, troubleshoots equipment, and responds to complex clinical situations. The role involves communicating professionally with patients, families, and hospital staff to provide compassionate, safe care. This is a full-time position with a four-day work week, including every other Saturday, which counts as one of the scheduled days. Day shifts start between 7 and 8 a.m.; end times vary with the daily patient census. RNs participate in a shared on-call rotation. The listed work location is Ascension St. Elizabeth in Appleton. The RN reports directly to the Team Supervisor.
Requirements
- Active, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in Wisconsin.
- At least one year of RN experience.
- Current BLS/CPR certification.
- Excellent time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and demonstrate self-starting initiative.
Nice To Haves
- At least six months of nephrology experience is preferred.
