About The Position
We are looking for an energetic, tech-savvy professional to join our team as an Acura Delivery Specialist. In this role, you will become the go-to expert for Acura vehicle technology, features, and ownership support. You’ll help customers feel confident and excited about their new vehicle by providing personalized vehicle deliveries, hands-on technology demonstrations, and continued support after the sale. This is the perfect opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, staying current with technology, social media, and innovation, and delivering a premium customer experience.
Requirements
- Friendly, outgoing personality with strong communication and people skills
- Passion for technology and enthusiasm for learning Acura’s innovative vehicle lineup
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Team-oriented mindset with a customer-first attitude
- Comfortable demonstrating vehicle technology and explaining features in an engaging, easy-to-understand way
- Must be able to pass pre-employment screen (background & hair follicle drug test)

Responsibilities
- Deliver an outstanding customer experience during every interaction
- Guide customers through Acura vehicle features, technology, apps, and connected services
- Support the sales team by answering customer questions regarding product features and benefits
- Conduct personalized vehicle deliveries and technology walkthroughs
- Schedule and perform “Encore Deliveries” to ensure customers fully understand their vehicle systems
- Follow up with customers after delivery to promote satisfaction and long-term loyalty
- Stay current on Acura products, emerging technology, and vehicle innovations
- Serve as a technology resource for dealership staff and customers
- Assist with customer events, product demonstrations, and dealership engagement activities
- Maintain a professional appearance and uphold high ethical standards
