Requirements
- Proven automotive sales experience; premium or luxury-brand experience is a strong plus.
- Genuine enthusiasm for Acura, automotive technology, and the driving experience.
- A proactive, competitive mindset with the discipline to turn activity into results.
- Confidence communicating in person, by phone, through text, and on video.
- Comfort with technology and a willingness to adopt a modern, paperless sales process.
- Consistent CRM habits, strong follow-through, and attention to detail.
- Energy, professionalism, and the ability to earn trust without pressuring customers.
- A coachable attitude and the ambition to build a successful long-term career.
- Available to work flexible hours and weekends
- Self-starter mentality and ambitious spirit preferred
- Ready to waste no time on learning new product in’s and out’s, eager to improve
- Phenomenal communication skills with customers and team members
- Professional, well-groomed personal appearance
- Clean driving record and valid driver’s license

Responsibilities
- Engage showroom customers, respond to digital inquiries, and develop business through proactive outreach and referrals.
- Deliver compelling presentations and test drives that connect each vehicle’s features to the customer’s needs.
- Use our CRM and digital tools to stay organized, manage your pipeline, and keep every opportunity moving.
- Guide customers through our paperless sales process with confidence, clarity, and professionalism.
- Build your knowledge of the Acura lineup and competing premium vehicles.
- Set ambitious goals, take coaching seriously, and stay accountable for your performance.
- Deliver an experience that gives customers a reason to return—and recommend you.
