About The Position

Ron Tonkin Acura is seeking an experienced, customer-focused Finance Specialist to join their team. This role involves working with customers, sales consultants, and lending partners to structure financing solutions, present aftermarket products, and ensure a smooth vehicle delivery process. Requirements

• Previous automotive Finance & Insurance (F&I), Finance Manager, or related dealership finance experience.
• Strong understanding of automotive lending, leasing, and compliance requirements.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to build trust and create a positive customer experience.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency with dealership management and finance software.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Must have a clean driving record.
• Must be able to pass a criminal background check and drug screen.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with Acura or luxury automotive brands.
• Proven record of finance product performance and customer satisfaction success.
• Knowledge of menu-selling techniques and lender platforms.

Responsibilities

• Present financing and leasing options to customers in a professional and compliant manner.
• Assist customers in securing vehicle financing through approved lending institutions.
• Offer and explain vehicle service contracts, GAP, maintenance plans, and other protection products.
• Ensure all paperwork is accurate, complete, and submitted in accordance with dealership and lender requirements.
• Maintain compliance with federal, state, and lender regulations.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with lending partners.
• Collaborate with the sales team to create a seamless customer experience.
• Achieve finance product penetration and profitability goals while maintaining high customer satisfaction scores.
• Stay current on finance programs, lender guidelines, and industry trends.
