About The Position

As an Activity Leader, you will plan, coordinate, and lead engaging recreational and social activities designed to support residents’ emotional, cognitive, and physical well-being. You will play a key role in creating a vibrant community atmosphere by tailoring programs to residents’ interests, abilities, and needs—helping foster connection, joy, and purpose in daily life. This role is ideal for individuals who are creative, compassionate, energetic, and passionate about enhancing quality of life for others.

Requirements

Ability to communicate well verbally and in writing required.
Qualities of maturity, diplomacy, and ability to work well with others required.
Caring, respectful attitude toward residents required.
Physical stamina for constant activity required.
Ability to perform tasks to established standards of excellence required.
Demonstrated willingness to uphold the vision and mission of the company by following the core values of Integrity, Teamwork, and Passion for Excellence and Reverence for the Individual is required.
This position requires regular interaction with residents, coworkers, visitors, and/or supervisors.
The employee must be able to read, write, speak, and understand the English language at an intermediate or more advanced level.
