About The Position
Elderwood at Burlington is seeking reliable, detail-oriented, and safety-focused Floor Technicians for Full-Time and Part-Time opportunities. This role is crucial in maintaining the cleanliness, safety, and overall appearance of a 150-bed skilled nursing and subacute rehabilitation facility. The Floor Technician is responsible for routine and specialized floor care, including scrubbing, buffing, stripping, refinishing, and extracting, to ensure a clean, polished, and safe environment for residents, staff, and visitors. This hands-on position supports a welcoming, home-like atmosphere and directly contributes to resident comfort, dignity, and safety.
Requirements
- Ability to communicate well verbally and in writing.
