The Activity Agent greets and assists resort guests during their stay, helping make arrival, check-in, and time at the property easier and more enjoyable. The agent maintains a professional appearance and cordial attitude, provides guest services directly or refers requests to the appropriate department manager, and may answer questions about resort amenities, services, policies, local attractions, dining, entertainment, and directions.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least one year of customer service experience.
• Maintain a professional appearance and cordial attitude toward guests and staff.
• Ability to handle the stress of high customer demand in a hospitality environment.
• People-oriented and able to work independently or with others as needed.
• Ability to change easily and frequently from one activity to another.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Provide services to guests directly or refer requests to the appropriate department manager.
• Answer inquiries about resort amenities, services, policies, area attractions, dining, entertainment, and directions.
