About The Position

As an Activities Ops Supervisor at MVW, you will assist in providing our Owners/guests with experiences and events to make memorable vacation memories, where meaningful moments are made together. Where great benefits lead to a life fulfilled.

Requirements

  • Available to work various shifts, holidays, and both weekend days.
  • Reach overhead and below the knees, perform bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping, and be able to stand, sit, or walk for an extended period of time.
  • Lift/Carry/Push/Pull Items that Weigh up to 25lbs without assistance.
  • Position may require background and drug screening contingent on company policy in accordance with applicable legal requirements.
  • Pursuant to Florida law, a Level 2 background check will be required.

  • Experience using publishing software.

Responsibilities

  • Creates recreational activities agendas and advertisements using publishing software.
  • Conducts inventory of supplies, materials, and equipment and informs the manager of low-supply items.
  • Encourages, recruits, registers, and schedules Owners/guests to participate in recreational activities.
  • Promotes a fun and relaxing atmosphere for Owner/guests.
  • Supervise the Activities associates.
  • Assists management in training, motivating, and coaching employees; serves as a role model.
  • Ensures that hourly associates are trained on company core values, job roles, responsibilities, and technical and service aspects of the job.
  • Coordinates tasks and works with other departments to ensure that the department runs efficiently.
  • Promotes the rules and regulations of the recreation facility intended for the safety and welfare of Owner/guests and members.
  • Welcome and greet guests and anticipate and address their needs.
  • Interact with colleagues and guests professionally and promptly.
  • Contribute to team goals.
  • Always follow company policies and safety procedures.
