About The Position

Join Health Center at Franklin Park as an Activities Supervisor, where your commitment and compassion will directly impact the lives of others. This full-time position involves developing meaningful relationships with residents and staff members, enhancing residents' lives through engaging recreational, social, and wellness programs, and working with residents across all care levels, including independent living, assisted living, and skilled nursing. The role focuses on fostering physical, emotional, and social wellness through daily programming and includes supervising and guiding staff.

Requirements

• Must be 21 years of age or older
• Ability to understand, read, write, and speak English
• 2 years of experience in LTC, SNF, or healthcare setting required
• Prior experience in a similar role is required
• Must possess a valid driver’s license

Nice To Haves

• CTRS certification preferred

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, coordinating, and delivering engaging recreational, social, and wellness programs for residents
• Supervise and guide staff, regularly evaluating performance to support growth and effectiveness.
• Enhance residents' lives through meaningful activities that promote well-being
• Work with residents across all care levels, including independent living, assisted living, and skilled nursing
• Foster physical, emotional, and social wellness through daily programming
