About The Position

ELS is hiring for the position of Activities Supervisor in Lebanon, Pennsylvania. This is a seasonal position running through October, perfect for someone ready to jump into a lively, fast‑paced environment. As our Activities Supervisor, you’ll be the heartbeat of fun at the resort—planning engaging events, coordinating exciting experiences, and keeping guests smiling all season long.

Requirements

• A friendly and upbeat individual who genuinely enjoys working with people
• High school diploma or equivalent
• 3+ years of experience in event or activity planning preferred
• Strong organization skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Microsoft Publisher experience is a plus!)
• Must be willing to work weekends and holidays when the fun is at its peak

• Microsoft Publisher experience is a plus!

Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule, and lead fun and engaging activities for all guest groups
• Bring events to life by: Arranging food and beverages, Booking entertainers and presenters, Managing ticket sales and event logistics, Planning and executing a lively entertainment program
• Secure sponsors to help support and enhance events
• Review requests and select vendors for seminars and informational programs
• Create and manage our monthly resort newsletter
• Communicate openly and positively with guests, vendors, and resort management
• Represent the resort with enthusiasm, professionalism, and a can‑do attitude
