About The Position

Activities Hosts are ambassadors and operators of Punch Bowl Social’s games and help distinguish its dining and entertainment experience. Training is provided to teach the role. Hosts greet guests, answer questions, manage activity wait lists and reservations, and work with the team to provide a high level of hospitality and memorable guest experiences. The role is part-time and pays $17.00–$19.00 per hour.

Requirements

• Some experience working in a high-volume restaurant or bar.

Responsibilities

• Enthusiastically greet guests, answer questions, and make suggestions.
• Manage wait lists and reservations for bowling lanes and other activities.
• Work with a team to provide a high level of hospitality.
• Promote the Punch Bowl Social brand and answer guest questions about food, beverages, and activities.
