About The Position

Activities Hosts are ambassadors and operators of Punch Bowl Social’s games, helping distinguish the venue from other dining and entertainment concepts. Training will provide the knowledge needed to succeed. The role centers on welcoming guests, coordinating access to activities, and working with the team to deliver a memorable hospitality experience.

Responsibilities

• Enthusiastically greet guests, answer questions, and make suggestions.

• Work alongside a team to provide a high level of hospitality.
• Represent the brand enthusiastically and answer guest questions about food, beverages, and activities.
