About The Position

Activities Hosts are ambassadors and operators of Punch Bowl Social’s games, helping distinguish its dining and entertainment concept. Training is provided to teach successful performance in the role. Hosts create welcoming, memorable guest experiences by providing information and suggestions, coordinating reservations and wait lists for activities, and working with the team to deliver hospitality.

• Some experience working in a high-volume restaurant or bar is ideal.

Responsibilities

• Enthusiastically greet guests, answer questions, and make suggestions.

• Work alongside a team to provide a high level of hospitality.
• Create memorable guest experiences by acting as a brand enthusiast and answering guest questions about food, beverages, and activities.
