About The Position

We’re looking for an Activities & F&B Supervisor who can bring the fun and flavor to life across our resorts in Florida, Colorado, and New Jersey. From poolside games to signature cocktails, you’ll lead the team that makes every moment count, crafting activities, curating menus, and creating those “I never want to leave” vibes. Requirements

You’ve got a high school diploma or GED (bonus points for ServSafe).
You bring hospitality experience—whether it’s food, fun, or both.
Leadership is your jam—you know how to inspire and organize.
Tech-savvy with Microsoft Office and POS systems.
Flexibility is your superpower—you roll with changing schedules like a pro.
You’re guest-obsessed, adaptable, and thrive in a fast-paced scene.

Leading the charge in both Activities and Food & Beverage—keeping the vibes high and the service flawless.
Crafting unforgettable guest moments, from poolside games to signature cocktails and seasonal events.
Managing schedules, guiding your crew, and making sure everyone’s set up for success.
Keeping inventory tight and invoices on point—because details matter.
Driving revenue like a boss across activities, Marketplace, and F&B outlets.
Training and mentoring your team so they shine brighter than the resort lights.
Collaborating with other departments to create experiences that wow—menus, events, and more.
