About The Position

The Activities Attendant works at Hawk’s Nest Cabin, Beaver Creek’s après-ski club for guests ages 10–18. The role creates a fun, welcoming, and engaging space where guests can relax, play, and connect by leading activities, preparing nonalcoholic drinks, supporting events, and contributing to interactive programming in the village. The position is seasonal for winter 2026/2027, with full-time and part-time hours available. The starting and expected pay is $20.00 per hour. Housing is not available.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years old.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Basic computer and organizational skills.
Able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
Comfortable standing, bending, and moving throughout the shift.
Reliable transportation in varying weather conditions.
Must pass a background check.

Nice To Haves

Previous guest service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Interact with guests and lead games and activities to create a fun and engaging atmosphere.
Greet and converse with parents and guardians in a friendly, professional manner.
Prepare and serve signature nonalcoholic drinks at the bar.
Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the cabin throughout the shift.
Assist with private events and special activations in the village.
Collect signed waivers and admission fees, and handle bar and merchandise sales.
Support other resort programming as needed.
