About The Position
As an Activities Assistant in our Memory Care Neighborhood, you’ll play a vital role in creating engaging, purpose-driven experiences that brighten each day for our residents. We’re looking for someone who genuinely values time with older adults, brings positive energy, and has a passion for arts, wellness, and enriching lives. Requirements
- High School diploma or GED
- A creative, upbeat, and compassionate personality
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to motivate and engage others
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (past 3 years)
- Ability to meet the physical demands of the role

Responsibilities
- Create and lead engaging activities that spark joy and connection
- Encourage resident participation and build meaningful relationships
- Plan outings to local attractions like theaters, restaurants, and community events
- Collaborate with the Activities team to design enriching on- and off-site experiences
- Work with volunteers to enhance programming
- Foster a positive, energetic environment where residents feel valued and inspired
