About The Position

The Memory Care Activity Assistant plays a vital and heartfelt role in enriching the lives of residents. Requirements

Demonstrates C.A.R.E. values to our residents, family members, customers and staff (Compassion, Accountability, Relationships, Excellence)
High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months’ related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
Successful completion of a State approved Nursing Assistant training and competency evaluation program or a CNA competency evaluation program approved by the State

Responsibilities

Work towards a common goal of excellent care for residents
Cooperate closely with the care team to support residents holistically

Create engaging, age-appropriate activities that suit different physical and cognitive abilities
