Activities Assistant (9am-5pm Shift)

About The Position

The Activities Assistant at Sagewood at Daybreak provides exemplary service to residents by presenting classes and instruction, coordinating events, and assisting with transportation as needed. The role promotes resident attendance and participation in Wellness programs, teaches and facilitates programs, implements group and individual activities, works with volunteers and community groups, and helps set up Wellness and community events. The schedule is 9am–5pm, with some Saturdays required. Pay is $19.50–$20 per hour. A high school education, one to two years of experience in wellness programs (preferably with seniors), and First Aid Certification are listed. Experience leading exercise classes and assisting with exercise equipment is preferred. Kisco Senior Living describes itself as an award-winning senior living industry leader for the past 25 years. Requirements

High school graduate.
One to two years of experience in wellness programs, preferably with seniors.
First Aid Certification.
